Technology
Using AWC-550, metals will
be deposited to one side
of the film to form a multi-
layer at a high rate. Ionic
beam source is equipped
with gas inlet system for
the release of agon and
reactive gases.
Equipment Technique
The Multi-Chamber-System
consists of different chambers
for winding, pretreatment,
coating, and intermediate
pumping.
One coating drum is used
to cool the film during
the coating process.
The cooling/heating equipment
is used for coating the
drum.
The pump equipment for short
pumps consists of turbomolecular
pumps.
Pre-treatment is done by
using ionic beam source.
There are up to four standard
DC magnetrons for metallic
sputter processes.
The electronically controlled
winding system has 3 driving
motors.
