註：

1. E1以下（含）電路最短租用期間為一個月。
   The minimum leased term for the IPLC at speeds of not higher than E1 is one month.
   
2. DS3以上（含）電路最短租用期間為一年。
   The minimum leased term for the IPLC at speeds of DS3、STM-1、STM-4 is one year.
   
3. 用戶租用上列數據電路， E1（含）以下電路，依客戶簽約期間給予折扣，價格最低九折；依客戶租用E1（含）以下電路路數給予折扣，價格最低九折。
   The fixed-term contract discount（10% off at most）and the multi-circuit discount（10% off at most）may be offered to the customer for the order of international circuit at speeds of not higher than E1, subject to the term and the number of circuits the customer orders.
